It’s ECT European Central time

Same time here in Germany and we have GMT+2 (GMT+1 + 1 hour DST)
In the UK it is GMT+1 as you are also on DST

What was the initial name?
Was a generic one: Royal Residence. It quite fit with the looks of the place
