Depends on the direction of the wind and also on the front surface of the object. Also the friction coefficient will play a role and maybe even the coanda effect…
There was detinitely air involved as the flowers in the vase turned at first and so the surface for the air gust gut bigger and the vase started to move. The vase starting to spin on the floor later is just a result of changing weight of the vase due to the water draining out and the change of surface friction because of the water flowing under the vase.
No ghosts involved at all.
Nothing to worry about, it’s only a poltergeist

I use small diameter clear fishing line to trigger blasting caps (load primer)
The deer and other critters walk into them and POP… they scatter. keeps my corn and other veggies safe. You really cannot see this fishing line.
