I think it’s a simple case of guest guy (quite understably) liking Paladin as you said AND Paladin fully realising that there are some of us who like them both and really enjoy watching them so he lets it (the affection from the guest guy) happen.
The guest guy certainly seems like Paladin, doesn’t he? To be fair, it really isn’t difficult to see why!

Well yes and as I said, Paladin just seems to be letting it happen. Mind you I suspect that even he would put a stop to it if he was really unhappy about it.

That’s Paladin (living there at the moment) and the other one appears to be FEMALE.
So his homophobia was just him being in stubborn denial of his own bi- or homosexuality. Not unusual, really. Hopefully he learns to accept himself as he is.
so how does this work. The guest guy seems to think he lives there. This is going to be interesting how they work this out. Maybe it’s time for the guest guy to leave and come back when invited. Time to spend time with another guest.
