Amusing comment, definitely but no ‘chalk and cheese’ simply means a description of exact opposites when it comes to describing things or more often, people.

Chalk and Cheese Origin

Interesting info I suppose but not sure what it has to do with my original point about potential differences between the 2 main occupants here, which is what the term ‘chalk and cheese’ actually means…at least in THIS context.
