Well, in a lesbian relationship, sometimes one girl is referred to as butch. Not as a name, but as a description of their role in the relationship.
Also, have you seen or are you familiar with the movie:
It’s based on two American Western outlaws who used those nicknames. They were also referred to as simply Butch and Sundance.
It was meant as a joke, since we still aren’t sure who’s who in this relationship.

No it wasn’t Artem’s realm. I can not remember his name now, but it was the other guy from that pic who had the apartment, Artem stayed there for a while as a guest. That’s when he fucked Diba as well
