Improve the camera setting slightly, as has already been mentioned, but you can now see quite clearly that it would be nicer otherwise.
With regard to the “work clothes”, @jabbath1987 would deduct points here.

I agree. Seeing a variety of experience levels would be great. It reminds me of Ryry’s training regimen where Tonk used a lollipop and then yoghurt to get her more comfortable. And since then I still find her technique a little lacking but her enthusiasm and willingness to take a good finish more than make up for it (though moments have been a little sparse of late in that realm)
