I think they will go on holiday to Turkey. The Turkish currency is very cheap and almost on par with the Russian Ruble. Most Russians go on vacation to Turkey anyway. I know because I took a vacation from Turkey next month, their money is very cheap. 
( Advice; I would definitely recommend it if you want a cultural trip or vacation. Incredible places are churches, mosques, medieval Byzantine artifacts. and resorts. and its people are not barbaric or rude as it is thought, they are very warm-b___ded.

but it still doesnât mean they wonât go to turkey, they still have very cheap money at least for Europe
They are not in Russia, but I think we did establish some time ago that they held Russian passports, since they were left lying around for us to see!

Didnât say they were, just said they are not in Russia but hold Russian passports. Here in NZ, we have people of all Ethnicities, but hold NZ passports after qualifying for citizenship. Must be the same where you come from.
They speak Russian, have Russian passports. Must be French then
