Bit rate isn’t high enough for the frame rate, so it causes a bottleneck and you get blurry pictures, the iframe is also likely too low as well. I have also noticed some cams at night are blocky/pixelated, this is because they haven’t set a ROI or region of interest, an ROI tells the cam to make that area of higher quality. I can only assume that either the broadband there is poor or they are trying to save on space in the VHTV servers. There is also a chance that they haven’t got a fucking clue how to set the cameras up properly, just like the s__t sound quality at Mustafas’ realm, and on countless cams in other realms. I have raised tickets but as per usual am ignored.
