That’s one hell of a lot of crocheting! I blew it up to get a better look at the stitching. It’s amazing and incredibly intricate. Your sister is quite accomplished at her craft, and it’s very beautiful. How big is it (diameter)?
Possibly about six feet in diameter? I haven’t dared use it as I have a dog with sharp claws. Saving it for my old age. It’s also really heavy.
Yeah she crochets for charity mostly, newborn baby hats and mittens, little blankets etc. but occasionally she really lets go and makes something amazing like that big blanket.

It’s heavy because there are probably miles of yarn in it. It’s exceptional. Thanks for the info.
