I wouldn’t know about male cuteness, but she doesn’t have any male-ness in her that I can see. She certainly doesn’t have any male parts.
I think it was a reference to what MAY be considered by some, as slightly masculine facial features, rather than anything else of an anatomical nature.
Maybe @Chance199490 can confirm this was what he meant and I apologise to him if it wasn’t.
