We know by now he has not even the slightest clue how to manage this place. So…

If I were Scott I would take place offline for a month or two and do some badly needed renovation work (Electricity, new heating, renew water pipes, new kitchen, better and modern look of rooms and better lighting. Then re-open with new more interesting people…
