I do not think this is possible. Tenants do not have access to the streaming on the VHTV router. So they canât re-route the stream

maybe they can use another router , and sell online the IP cam .. i know some telegram group where russians sell ip cam from all planet , but itâs illegal

They do not allow that. One guy once did that with his cams on chaturbate (Sleazy Raul) and they told him it is not allowed.

He hooked a second cable directly to the cam. This is clearly not the case here

They monitor the stream of the cams. The only chance would be to connect directly to the cam (that is what Raul did) But as we saw this was clearly not the case here.
So I think we should stop the conspiracy theories here nowâŚ

But still the rest of what you said kind of makes sense. He could have made a few extra bucks. Does he care that it is not allowed, not one bit as I have a feeling this place will be shutting down soon
