Ben doesn’t string people along. Lyla teases every guy (including Ben) that comes to the house but won’t have sex with them. Ben isn’t Lyla’s boyfriend, so he is free to have sex with whom ever he wants.

Come on man you can’t have selective vision. Just like how Ben was all over Lyla and then took Ingrid to fuck, Ingrid was also all over the other guy and then went upstairs with Ben. Meanwhile Lyla has been kissing and hugged up with both Ben and the other guy for the past few days and hasn’t done anything with anybody.
