They are forgiven this time as they finally tried to improve some things there and well maybe they did a mistake or a connection is not okay.

Depends on whether you mean Stifler as managers technician or representative from ISP services:)
ISP services can take ages to get to a client no matter where you live. Client service is not always top of their priority.
