I remember reading a post by Elon on this subject recently. He said that He and his girlfriend have an agreement about having sex with each other while the other party is as___p. itâs hard to judge since we donât know anything about their relationship and what their arrangements are. It definitely looked disturbing to watch that scene, but Katia didnât seem to be traumatised or in distressed after she was conscious and awake. If anything has to be done about this it must be up to the girl, IMO the best course of action in this kind of situation is for VHTVâs HR department to directly contact the girl and ask her what happened, then take the appropriate action.
VHTV appears to agree, but then they leave it on and they ban the guy. Makes absolutely no sense to me. If they think what he did was disgusting then they have to think that he had sex with an u_________s girl, thus r__e. Otherwise, if it wasnât r__e either she would have to be one of those people who pre-consents to sex while p________t or she knew what was happening the whole time and it just looked like r__e.

I agree but if VHTV had any intention of helping Katia they would have done so. Imagine if a r__e was reported by Katia and the site took no action to help her, the site would be investigated with it having the possibly of being shut down. As stated previously Katia has been exploited for so long she has normalised this behaviour.

Iâve really tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but it just seems you will just take the stance to argue against a popular opinion or vhtv just for the sake of doing it

TBH, I have no idea what the process is when something like this happens, but VHTV has shut down apartments before for incidents like this one, but then the girl was clearly upset and it was rather a clear case.

We didnât ban him, thatâs managers reaction. As Katia doesnât say she was unaware/u_________s and we donât think itâs r__e part of timeline wasnât cut, what we usually do when v_______ns happen. However, I donât think trying/planning to be of any level intimate with a girl who could by even little chance be _____/s___py/whatever could make her seem to not clearly express her consent is not okay. Sorry I should have explained it in my former message.
I think the few times she moved her arms around may very well give a jury pause to convict him if indeed she testifies that she was aware of what was going on and consented to it. But if her body was truly lifeless and he did this to her, her later saying she doesnât want him charged isnât going to fly.
To be honest they are all as bad as each other, they are all grown ups and are quite aware of what they are on VHTV for, itâs whatâs called accepting responsibility for their own actions. I think they all know what they are doing and for why.
I do not know Katiaâs story, therefore I do not dare to affirm if she has been exploited or not, to do so would be and is an assumption. As for giving your consent while _____ ⌠you could also sign your will, but someone could say that you were in no condition to do so. In short, Marcie, of course I am against any form of violence but I would not pass sentence so easily in this specific case.
