I prefer Arkadi. Jordan is a bit hairless for my tastes. I’m not saying Jordan is unattractive in any way, but Arkadi is definitely what I’d pick from the menu.

I think all the problem starts when tenants want to pretend something they are not. Its much better to say we are not sexually Open and adventurous an none of our guests are going to involve into anything instead of promise parties only to attract views. How many times someone will watch none action parties? After 2 3 times appartment will be on the bottom of the list, thats what i do at least. Its none the first clickbait appartment not the only not the last. Most of us are watching for years, personally i watch 6. I dont need more tha 2 3 days to know how the tenants will act

Yes it would be much better if participants were honest about their intentions. The announcements from parties which don’t happen doesn’t help at all. (And I don’t talk explicitly about this place. This applies to all apartments who do it)
