about blind spots, it’s quite cold in the house now, there’s no point in installing cameras there. When it gets warmer, we think it will be possible to install them 
Plans for the house - There is a chance that 1 member will join us Girl, we are currently deciding the details

That is what I assumed and it showed to be a problem in big houses we had on the project before. Just a downside. Nothing which is your fault. Maybe you want to get some electric heaters to get the rooms where you are cozy warm. Also paying attention to closing the doors of rooms will help.
Just in case you want to wear less clothes ahaha

If they are not using the rooms at the moment then it makes sense not to heat them as heating bills at the moment are crazy.
