The previous relocation lasted about 1 month, I think it will be the same again. 
Also, I think they donât have the excitement they had when they first joined here, so I think this period may be longer. 
but I hope they come back soon⌠

I think its a coinflip if they come back or not, usually this long means some manager is sleeping on the job and theyâre already been âgoneâ for ages.
