That’s the problem, such houses can show a lot, but you also have to have the capital or, if necessary, counter-finance some projects with other apartments.
But this is where I see the problem, this manager doesn’t have many apartments left, so an apartment that brings in nothing/little can quickly become a fiasco.
If they are leaving, I’m really not gonna be surprised because it seems like Morgan was more interested in being on here than the two guys to me
As we do not know any of the circumstances, we can only speculate. Maybe J&M are relocating and Arkadi stays in the house? Who knows…

Not sure if she was more interested to be here but for sure she has more charisma and sex appeal than the boys. Not many people are “made to be on cams”
looks to me like there closing up shop judging by the time line the only things they didn’t take are the kitchen sink and the play station I hope it’s a move to a new place but who knows

There’s no way Arkadi is able to stay in this house if he’s alone. Even with J&M it appears they can’t upkeep it.
My guess is they all move out to a smaller house, maybe Arkadi stays with them or he leaves. I hope this house does stay, for a Tonk-like house with 4-5 permanent residents it could be an awesome summer house 
Now that I think about it… Tonk has been “relocating”… 
He has absolutely nothing to do with that place…
