In regards to Kostjas reactions,
When Indira goes off on one of those rants about his past actions, Does he ever throw Tejo, Mikl and or Troy back at her or does he just accept the attack and try to comfort her instead?
He never brings up Tejo Mikl or Troy
He usually instigates it by questioning /reprimanding /accusing and , even though she does nothing wrong , she lets him have both barrels. Which , to be fair he deserves because if there is one cheat in the couple it is him, Notice he did not mention fondling ginger (who’s name I have forgotten again) before the three of them were in bed together…when his accomplice started to mention it in front of Indira ,Kostja hushed him.
