The injury on the hip cannot be self inflicted and it is not something Kostjia did to her during sex or deliberately. Most likely she walked into something with sharp edges and this is the result.
As to Indiraâs mental state, it keeps fluctuating as in someone with some elements of bipolarity.

Apparently, Indira is not going to get dressed. Not getting dressed is also an unexpected behavior.
Unless she intends to offer sex to the visitor, there is no reason for her to walk around in the current state of undress when people are visiting.
