Well the marks on her thigh certainly looked like finger marks he was trying to cover with the plasters?
But looking what at the kind of injury he treated that is not from a slap. I believe he spanked her butt at that time and that was all.

Besides when he slapped her so hard she would have screamed or cried. And nothing like that happened.

I think he just gave her a friendly spank on butt. I do not think the marks are from that.
