Kostja tried/tries to adapt to Indira’s lifestyle, because on the long run he knows otherwise he will lose her.
Some days one could think he’s there, now he understands to divert business and private life,
The next day, same situation, he starts pouting and is lightyears away and ruins Indira’s mindset.
The thing is, she seems to be so infatuated into him, that she will go to the moon and back for him…
…for now. And she doesn’t give a sh… about what he did before. Just that last discussion short before they left, was the first time I know of, that she reproached all his female-escapades to him. This means,
although she didn’t say anything in the past, she is well aware what Kostja’s little extra-tours are, and he
tmo would be well advised to remember them himself before he accuses Indira of something.
Why does everyone want so many others to attend these parties? this is how swinging couples play. with those they know and associate the best with. Sure there may be a party where one or two new single/couples join, but chances of them playing with anyone are very rare, because they are not comfortable with what goes on and what the other person(s) like in a sex situation.

Kostja is as much under Indiras’ thumb, as she is under his, otherwise,I do not see him accepting the degradation of the makeup and women’s clothing as much as he did in the beginning!
I don’t see the Indira-relation and the make-up-crossdress issue as related.
Had Indira painted him okay, but that was Jirina’s idea, who thinks it’s funny, when tmo it’s punny.

I think most of January was. spent trying to break them up. By February they finally excepted the relationship and now, when they have an argument Mira helps them kiss and make up
