The upset was definitely down to Kostjaā¦if he was concerned . and indeed if he kept to his word of both being in the same room together , he would not have left Indira alone with Mikl. He left because he was embarassed about his own performance and wanted to try to fuck Shana without any audience. Indira stopped Mikl when she was aware that Kostja had left and just sat talking to Mikl until Kostja came back in , he was then angry at her!!!
