the manager gets his share, it is beneficial for him to work more, but sometimes they are too rude and the participants leave (for example, like helena & christopher, demi & ashton) the manager forbade them to leave the house
He is the manger of their realm. VHTV keeps what they pay confidential, but mangers get a little off the top from the realms they manage.

I would suspect that the Managers get a percentage of the view payments,

I would assume, this would either break up their relation (24h-coverage),
or Indira would show up to parties and events, and after that go home like Paul/Debby or Rusty/Elsie.
This again would cause major problems for Kostja watching whatâs going on via prime subscription, and VHTV would be stupid to keep that from the viewers, because it would grant permanent presence of some paying costumers.

This will be one fact/circumstance to put in consideration as of what their future way will be.
think of this as a MLM ⌠such as Avon. You are independant distributor. you sell the items⌠you make money. and then because you sold x amount⌠your director gets a %share not from your pay but as a bonus from Avon for what you are doing. I know I wouldnt want to make money and then have some of MY money going to someone else for the work I did.
YESS you can certainly have other jobs while having the cams. that is stated in the VHTV Guide that you may or may not see the guest at times because they do have lives/jobs outside the home that dont permit them being home 24/7
If management wants them to do stuff, then let them bring in non Henry friends. Indira and kostja must know some friends who love sex, and would get a kick out of doing it on camera

I hear many on here always talk about why not bring in others. But think of yourself⌠if you love the swing scene⌠and want to have fun. Wouldnt you rather have those around you that you know and trust rather than bring in ppl that you barely know to have sex with?
The best way to make nobody feel uncomfortable, is every guest must bring a friend or partner of the opposite sex, so it all evens out, so no Palmer or Morris
In my country the insurance-system works the way,
a general agent, who is a sales-person as well, recruits sales-people, and for putting their foot in the door, he gets a percentage ( ard 2% ) of the contracts they sell.
Every sales-person has the right to give a sub-contract to whoever wants to work for them.
Therefore they get a 2 %-5 % share on all contracts the sub sells a.s.o.
Some of the general agents quit selling after a while, and live off the percentage their subs earn.
Since it is a percentage, thatâs taken out of the working-peopleâs purse, this leaves more for them, the more contracts they sell. Their earning is only 95 - 98 % instead of 100 as an indipendant agent.
The indipendant agent has all the basic expenses for having the business, promotion a.s.o,
that is what officially establishes the 2-5 % or whatever the rate is.
Whatever the whoâs, whyâs, whatâs and whatâs not in here, I still think these two kids looks damned good together
