stickers shows business interest but every stickers have its own meaning for others. I take it as you all are hired also to protect participant interest and it should be the part of contract if any such exits. When someone wrote anything to participant which does not support their business interest you all jump on it to protect it at least for participant view and i caught the pattern. I also catch you all chose to be silent on something which support participant business interest but seems very vulgar/offensive outside world people.

who invites the visitors to the parties?
Are they all people you all know, or how would a new person get an invitation?
