I wonder if you can hear clearly 99% of what they say do you have bionic ears or good quality hearing aids?

A good computer with the best sound card will not help you to overcome the noise of the TV in the K &I living room and a dozen people talking, blasting their voice. The best sound card will not translate the Russian language into English.
with high level of noise in a room you will seldom hear individual conversations.

Whelp I was wrong. I guess Indira put on some different shorts while I wasn’t looking. 
Take for example the conversation between Indira and Mikl last week, when he still wanted doggy ( I know he did because it was easy to hear when he said to her, “will we do doggy” - but Indira had other ideas. She sat up, said in an audible voice: “he will be angry” - after this point and the remainder of about 20 minutes of conversation, the tone was so low, and kept deliberately low by Mikl, that it was just about impossible to make out anything of what is being said.
Mikl, more than other participants often talks in ways such that no one could understand what is being said. Right before the K &I vacation, Mikl was talking about life issues with Kostjia, in he M&M&S apartment’s bathroom. Mikl deliberately let the water run so that people would not hear the conversation. The running water is an old rick from Soviet times so as to prevent KGB or whoever to overhear conversations. His trick was not totally effective. This is where I heard that K & I will be going on vacation to visit her parents.

Very true. I did not hear the conversation from the beginning, so I do not know the context for sure, but he is doing his best to calm her, console her, amuse her with his antiques

what my narrator narrate for me kostja telling her - here relationship is just mean pleasure. Every one want to plug into you. then she cried hard anyone can see.
Is that what he said: everyone wants to plug into you ?
