It will always look like Henry is taking advantage as long as Kostja will be just sitting there like a tree trunk.
When Henry is all over Elisha, we do not think or discuss it. We do not see it as taking advantage because while this is going on, Karel is all over some other chick.
Same with Wendy and Koen. Even though K & W alos put limits as to what Henry can do with Wendy if there is no swap.
