They pay the whole rent, but they also get to keep 100% of the income rather than only 50% of it. Most likely Jirina & Tejo are actually making more after Indira & Kostja left the project.
Oh, what a brilliant mathematical mind you are! Bet that Tejo and Jirina wished to have you for their accountant. You could advise them that since Kostja and Indira are no longer a burden on their bottom line. (after all they (K&I) were contributing only “coins” (мелкие деньги) as Tejo was fond of telling them, and it was Jirina that was doing all the heavy work anyway.), then, they (T&J) no longer need to cheat off %50 of the %50 that they (K&I) didn’t deserve to be getting anyway. And T&J could hold on to the full %100 of their present income, whatever %tage of the previous %100 that is. And if they would renegotiate or stiff the hired hands of some %tage of their expected take. (which was probably pretty close to %100 of T&J total income), we would all still be able to enjoy T&J in their exiting realm.
It’s all as simple as 1+ 2, and no need for quadratic equations. I know the “beautiful mind” mathematicians don’t communicate well, but if you would have posted T&J a self explanatory GIF, things would certainly be different.
I guess, only @TejoJirina or @Jirina can tell if their financial situation has been impacted by the leave of Indira and Kostja, and to wich extent and direction,
but I doubt, they will, and if so, don’t know if they are honest, because most people like to look good
in the eyes of others, and thus a little manipulation often is accepted.
And I don’t mean that accusing or quoting, it’s a bit of human nature, in all of us, some more, some less.

The fact was Tejo barely did anything worthy of camera time, and Jirina and her retarded games. They were probably short changing Kostja and indira, considering those two could be watching TV and eating junk food, and the realm would be number 1 in views, compared to times, that Jirina would be watching TV, while they were out visiting family

Anyone besides me wondering if Tejo is out of the picture? Haven’t seen him in the longest time. We see Jirina at parties and storing her stuff at Shana’s… but Tejo has become persona non grata… just curious…

It wouldn’t surprise me if they have split. They seemed to be in a loveless marriage, if you can call it a marriage. When your wife prefers to fuck other guys then spend the rest of the night and day s___ping with them on the couch while her husband s___ps on his own in the bedroom, you have to wonder what is going on. I could be way off track of course, I can only comment on what I see. Tejo seems like a decent guy (I haven’t always thought that, but I do now).
Before they began “relocation” they were offline several days because of a “landlord visit” - wonder if there’s any connection? And it wouldn’t surprise me if Jirina and Tejo did split up, I never really saw them as being a “together” c couple anyway.
Could be the other way around, that he didn’t agree with everything that Jirina did lately, and thus withdrew from the project and stays where the kids are.
Probably a good decision in benefit for the kids.
