ok⌠Dont usually get in on the discussions about the tenants⌠but after everything that has taken place over the last month or so Here is my theory. (no one really knows until the tenants tell us otherwise).
It was seen and noted and somewhat translated when T hugged them both and called them Mom and Dad. It could have meant they just found out she was pregnant and it took time for them to find a place of their own. and since this is a Sex site and certainly no one under the age of 18 allowed⌠they had to leave the project in order to prepare for the newborn in the next 8 months. This could also been a big reason they never wanted to play with anyone else because they were trying to conceive a c___d and didnt want to play Russian roulette with strangers possibly be the f____r and she wasnt on birth control. Just my 2cents worth!
