The positive situation about the police visit, was that Kostja had left 2 hrs earlier, otherwise I am sure that it would have been him having to produce his passport. 
i am almost certain the police was here because of a complaint of too much noise. a few hours before Jirina was called at the door on the intercom ā¦ and immediately afterwoods she closed the window of the Living roomā¦ so must be a complaint about too much noise

Well, we do know that some of the cameras were moved during the offline time, but we do not know who by and for what reason. The question that I have is, who has the authority to switch the apartment offline, because J&T were nowhere near the router at the time. I believe it is only VHTV or the manager.
All we know, is it has been eerily quiet, more than usual for this place
I agree with the theory about Petra. Sheās the only one who would have real motivation, with good reason, for it. I&K sure as hell not, it would be a pointless act as they officially remain in the apartment.
