I am not sure if they do. Russia is enormous. If the family is let’s day in Siberia, a train would take days to get to the destination. If it is for shorter distances such as Moscow St Petersburg, one gets there in about 8 hours by train

There are 550 leased aircraft in Russia, all have been transferred to the Russian register so that they can fly under Russian Aviation Authority rules. As @Mitchel18299 says there are no spares available and no software updates. The leasing companies are facing huge losses and even if they get the aircraft back, they will not be able to use them, as there is no traceability of the parts that have been replaced on the aircraft. Some may need a total rebuild if they want to fly again in the west.
They must of dropped it off with someone, so maybe they’re only here for the night

One POSSIBLE scenario COULD be… they leave with multiple errands that need to be run, he goes one way, she the other with an agreed to time to meet back and return home. Whatever/whoever happens when apart and she doesn’t want to tell him about it when they meet up. There’s a myriad of possibilities, but I don’t want to go down the speculation rabbit hole. The bottom line is we don’t know what they do when off camera.
