I disagree. The focus totally lies with the recipients. Yes, if you know of someoneās weaknesses / addictions, you shouldnāt tease or tempt them with it. (e.g. offering a_____l to someone you know is an a_____lic).
But end the end, itās the soul responsibility of the one with the addiction to stand strong and resist the temptations.

Each person is different. Everyone is an individual.
Some people can take d__gs purely for recreation and never get addicted. Unfortunately some people are more easily addicted.
Not every d__g encounter leads to any kind of addiction.
Iāve known more people that have died of the legal d__gs than have died from the illegal ones.
