I think indira made an error in judgement. Indiraâs biggest mistake is that when Kostya wanted to approach Indira, Victoria let her know that they didnât need him. Until then, Kostya was quite ok.

I agree, till that point where they pointed out ( at least Vistoria actively ) that Kostja is not wanted unless
to watch, he was ok. Had they let him stay where he went, I think he would still be ok.
