I can see how your scenario of events would apear to those who only watch without onderstanding what is being said, but there really was no argument between K&I that would make Indira cry.
Surprisingly even thogh Indira did several strange things at the party that usually would make Kostja angry and cause arguments in the past, he didn’t bring them up.
However right befor going to bed he had a explative ladden shouting spat with Jirina about something she said at the party and even told her that he (K) is not going to talk to her again.
Later Indira had what apeared to be a texting conversation with someone on the phone and recounting it to Kosja with him not sounding very happy about it.
Soon after that Idira started to cry about some issues in her past. Kostja tryed unsuccessfullly to calm and distract her. Eventually got up and went to s___p in the BR.
I hope that you will understand that your recounting of events must be taken with the grain of salt. And so should be mine, not everything that we who understan some Russian hear is understood correctly.
Well what I saw was Indira pointing to the middle of the living-room iE kitchen or GBR, and told Kostja something that sounded insisting, Kostja calmly talked back, what sounded denying, and to the non-russian-speaker that implys a discussion or an argument.
It looked like Indira was holding something against Kostja, which he didn’t want to obbey, and thus
she started crying.
Me saying pillow-discussion with tears from Indira did not want to put anybody at fault, how could I with not understanding a word, maybe I should have used the term pillow-talk instead of discussion.
The result was the same.

Ever notice how many times kostja and indira are called into a meeting, after they had fun doing their own thing
I don’t think Jirina and Henry will be happy until Indira lets any guy they bring over get between her legs!
