Jr to my knowledge exists only in the English speaking world.
I know someone Russian named Olga. She has a d______r whom they also name Olga. That is relatively unusual to name the c___d the same name as the m____r or f____r in Russian culture
But there is nothing in the language to distinguish the m____r Olga from the d______r Olga
Also, Russian makes use of patronyms
Hence If the Olga’s f____r was named Vladimir, most people will know Olga as Olga Vladimirovna

I used “Kostja Jr.” as an example, Due to the fact that the names we use here are made up,
I assume they would choose a name appropriate to their families and Society!
