I noticed that too, but my take is as follows. She has been all smiles and really enjoyed making out with Mikl and Shana, K goes to the kitchen to smoke, I walks in and he ignores her… smile goes away.
Maybe she found out about the bathroom meeting between Kostja and Shana.
