Support confirmed to me it is mold and they recommended to them to do something against that. But of course they can’t f___e them.

I assume a manager is the equivilent of a landlord in the UK.
In th UK it’s the landords responsibility to ensure the property is in a livable condition and for any rectification work that needs to be done.
The is what a tenant pays rent for, is a property in a livable condition.

No the manager is the guy who brought them to VHTV. Maybe it’s their place and they don’t have a landlord. I heard they were online with same place at Camarads before.
