I just signed up for a subscription, but now I notice the cameras take a long time to load. Is there any word on when everything will be running properly again?
I’m not sticking up for VHTV here…….I ran a small hosting company years ago with about 25 servers; getting services to 99.9% uptime using load balancers, etc is difficult unless you have the money to invest, which in turn could increase the prices you, the consumer, pay.
All this should’ve been in place already, but I doubt the prices would be what they are.
Just my 2p’s worth.

All I’m getting is a maintenance picture across the site. I think it would more user friendly, if they found a way of warning people, of when the cams would be down and for how long. And not just pull the plug.

Things aren’t going so well for you in Europe: camera loading takes longer, the timeline preview doesn’t always appear, and there are frequent dropouts in the live feed.
Ein bißchen zu viele Ausfälle in der letzten Zeit.
