That was a failed attempt to accept the demands of M&H to fit into the group and earn money for the bosses!
But Kostja lost all interest as soon as he lost his visual connection to Indira, so he left the room, and Indira also stopped participating shortly after that.
That’s a nice way of saying his pee pee stopped working so he left the room in shame. 
Was never that interested in them really and never understood why so many went overboard for them.
Indira was no raving beauty, pretty yes, but from the neck down nothing special and kostja was just boring to look at.
I always felt it was because they met and fell in love. They were young, so it became can this young love survive with all the obstacles put in front of them.

He does that to many women at parties lol. Henry and Jirina didn’t approve of the relationship, and even if H&M accepted it, it seemed that Jirina invited certain guys to parties over the months to pursue her, even though Kostja and Indira made it clear they really had no interest swinging, but tried threesome once in a while
We can all only summize that but even so he is only their manager not their boss as so many seem to imply. Well in Henry’s eyes anyway 
That’s why i think he is overstepping the mark or his role in many instances.

After all this time there is still one thing that I don’t understand…Indira never seemed to enjoy sex with Kostja in the same unbounded and free response way that she did with Mikl , Henry and especially Troy , but she remains with him? While sex with Mikl could be a little “controlled” and Henry enjoyable , sex with Troy was completely unencumbered and giving 100% of herself.
