The fact there’s been no parties, since Kostja and Indira left, seems to show that Indira was suppose to be the main attraction
Maybe this proves, she wasn’t mad at Kostja whenever we saw them party since arriving in February, maybe she just isn’t happy all the time about stuff

I think they left because of the stress of expectations on their relationship
I think they left because the stress of Indira not getting Henry’s dick everyday was too much for her to bear. She became addicted and was having a really hard time living without it.
