I think that is the point.
He refused to fully join the activity, displaying vs Indira, I told you, go ahead, do what you consider needs to be done, I am faithful, and you are the one fucking the others.
If I was Indira in that case, I would have felt uncomfortable, as if Kostja wanted to put shame and a blame on her, to look himself as the one with the clean veste.
This can not work in an environment like VHTV, if a couple has serious ambitions to stay together and fulfill the ājobā at the same time, without prearrangements, which I&K supposedly didnāt have, and that being the reason why Mira pointed it out in the bedroomtalk.
After all they both know what their one- or both-sided reasons were to leave the project.
Whatever we read out of their conversations is what they want us to know and believe, because itās not a secret to them, that people can watch and hear what was said and done.
I guess noone is so blind to not realize, that both, the participants amongst each other and the viewers can review whatever happens in the cam-open space. Even the conversations last night of M&H when they came home, before, the couch talk at Jirina, the conversation in Jirinaās bedroom between Mira Jirina and Alida, all that is well placed information that they want to spread.
The only person I consider really being ātouchedā is Shana, considering, that the exit was not all in all an orchestrated dismissal, i.e. firing of I&K with a surrounding soap to make it look like their decision.
And yes I know, speculation, supposing aso.
Itās all just my opinion, and until I&K donāt reveal what their reasons were, we know nothing, and even then, we donāt know if they tell the truth to a lot of unknown individuals, and probably a loyalty-clause in a contract, if there is any.

The thing is if Kostja is OK with her fucking / working, I still donāt understand if she wouldnāt want him to do the same, although he has always had issues with big groups of course. It seems as Iāve said before when they were here as guests the last few months, they were happy to come to the parties have fun, and there was no fighting, but as soon as they rejoined, I guess the pressure and expectations got to them, and the conflicts started again
Someone said in a previous post,
if you take the days when Mira gave Kostja the key, and said you can use the place while we are gone, which everyone considered them housesitting.
They had a good time, Indira entertained with dildobating while Kostja was gone with Marica, and I&K fucked in the bedroom, while Marica was in livingroom, the photosessions in the bathtub, and Artura visiting, when Indira was ready for the buttplug.
Kostja got blown by Artura with Indira watching and supporting, everything was fine.
Just, I have not the slightest clue if they had good viewer-rates, and if that would be enough to cover their expenses.

I am not convinced that Kostjaās problem were big groups. He had no problem participating in the orgy at M &M before connecting with Indira, where he got to fuck Mira. I believe that is the only time that he fucked her.
I suspect that for all our attempts to understand the k & I relationship, we never really understood it properly. At least for me, I still do not understand what was driving them. Even in small groups, such as October 1st, Kostja made no attempt at fucking Mira.
When at some point during that episode Indira wanted to blow him, Kostja redirected her to blow Henry. This is the same as Kostja providing a cushion to Russell to be more comfortable when eating out Indira. Yet as soon as k & I found themselves on loggia, Kostja main bitching point was that Indira does not trust him. Kostjaās tone was the nastiest I have seen so far. A lot of the nasty stuff they that they were saying to each other were said deliberately in a hushed tone so that no one would get to hear the actual words. They were not playing to an audience as some imagine it.

I think a bigger problem is Kostja is trusting what Henry says, and I wonder if he secretly off camera told Kostja to convince Indira to fuck other guys and maybe that is the route of their problems
