There is too much commentary on here that is pure speculation… if you are going to postulate, back it up. Too many times I’ve seen speculation turn in to “truth” and it spins into “truth”… just back it up… simple… We’ll see if Kade can back it up, I doubt it…

At the time kostja left, they (Indira and Kostja) had spoken that way.
Later in the morning Indira had a single conversation with Jirina on the loggia.
Jirina asked Indira “so tell mom what you decided.”
And Indira spoke different to Jirina, than she had spoken to Kostja but it would be too long to put it all down. There would be complaints to keep it short. The major saying was, we will talk more tomorrow, and decide about separation etc.
Since Indira left the following morning I, and I suppose nobody else, has heard of them,
and thus, I think we don’t know the dicision taken. Both is possible, separation or staying together.

During the loggia-conversation there seem to have been tears involved, later, in the last conversation
before Kostja left, there was laughter, seriousness, and astonishment, as far as the mimikri goes tmo.
The kiss goodbye didn’t seem to me like two young lovers getting seperated over night.

And later one between Jirina and Indira.

There was one conversation I&K on loggia 03:10 hrs - 03:43 hrs
one from 03:58 hrs to 04:08 hrs
and the one with Jirina from 05:52 hrs to 05:59 hrs
I provided the conversation with Jirina,
