I also had problems logging in to the new version today, even though the old version was already running and you are automatically logged in when you open the new version. I still had to enter the login details and then suddenly it stopped…

I wasn’t aware i had free days given many many months ago so can i apply to have them reinstated 
You can try it … nobody can say whether it will be successful, although I don’t think so 
Your layout may be different, but you can also click the avatar to find out how many days you have left.

They was given 4 standard days which was announced 7 days so unless they already have a subscription then the free days would have already ended

It used to be very easy to tell your days balance as it was always displayed on the main page but, for reasons best known to VH, they decided to hide it. 
Sometimes change is not always for the best eh.

If you continued using the old design, you would still be able to see your remaining days on the stream page.
And with the new design it’s just a click of the mouse. So why this pointless criticism?

honest answer: These are activated automatically and expire after 10 days. For example, if you have not been online for 14 days, they simply expire unused.
