Maybe it’s the neck and giblets like you used to get many moons ago in the UK. But that was deemed a possible health threat as the centre of the bird may not cook if someone left the bag in by accident.
I don’t go to food topic, It says delicious in the title but how can you tell without tasting it It may look good but could taste like s__t
