I have never quite understood why people brush their teeth in the bath (and some other really weird places such as bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens - yes I have seen all of that on VHTV), rather than over the bathroom sink!

If Kitty was twice as tall the cam would be placed in the right position 
I was going to ask if the showerhead was broken, but I finally saw that it was OK. Was she trying to conserve water? That was certainly a rather odd way to shave and take a shower.
I think the water is stopped/reduced at certain times during summer months to allow maintenance.
