I think if you called 911 from yours or my part of the world( and @Lazurus_aka_Virgil’s, if he’s in the same part of the world as myself and I think he is) , nothing would happen.

In Germany, if you call 911, you are put through to 112 (fire department / ambulance) …

If you do it here (UK), I think you would just get the ‘unobtainable’ tone on the line.
Here it’s 999…

here you call 999 they ask whats your emergency , you tell them "i think im having a heart attack " they reply okay if you would like to make an appointment with your doctor in the morning , and we will await his referal for you to be seen by one of our cardio doctors ,

In Germany 110 for police & 112 for emergency services … but 911 has been included, among other things, because of International …
110 & 112 must always be reachable free of charge and also from all company telephone systems, no matter how large, without 0 or similar additions.
