I am not familiar with the rules in that case but shouldn’t at least something remotely close happen what you announced? There were no guests at all and I did not see a guessing game
Only some days ago when there was another announcement for a party you posted that you no longer announce such parties?

I see a big problem with the announcement of events or parties before.
It puts participants under certain pressure to “perform”
It is unpredictable what will happen. Guests can change their minds or if they show up might be in a different mood.
So in most cases this is not even the fault of the participant if a party does not take place or takes a different outcome.
