I thought it was tattoo’s to begin with then thought it was some kind of bruising and I wasn’t only going by the lass in the picture I was trying to figure out the room although sneaky @Arkay has blurred most of it out.

That could easily be her apartment (and therefore could be her) actually (yes I know it’s obscured from clear view). I just seem to be familiar with that look of it, having visited there many times watching her man Barney.

Well done @Just_In, you are absolutely right. It is Lilka and I deliberately blurred the room to make it about the person. I don’t believe the marks on her abdomen are a tattoo but a skin blemish that does have an attractive quality at times. Based on your further comment perhaps I should change my user name to ‘SneakyArkay’ 
Someone else can set a challenge now, but in the meantime here she is, not quite so blurry…

No it’s not Stewie, this was way before Stewie & Kathie.
It was the tiled floor and the clothes airer that made me think it might be. I’m trying to think of light coloured apartments with tiled floors and the only one that springs to mind is Bree and Drew. Are we looking at that sort of timeframe or earlier? or do we go the other direction around the Barney sort of timeframe?
I will say it is after Bree & Drew and before Barney.
It’s not axel, no tattoos and too bulky. Axel and Cleo were in a place with tiled floor when they joined the project before moving to Carrie and David’s old place. Only other place I can think of Is Candy and Dean. Dean wasn’t a particularly slender chap, and was pretty hairless. They had a big loggia which i think was also tiled. And it’s not Sergio because he’s always had tattoos, and he’s blond.
