If they install a camera in a room without a camera, can we still call it ISP or would it be Technical or Personal?

Shame on those at vhtv, they can’t always say that the internet isn’t working, they only turned off the internet in the apartment, they lied to subscribers, shame on them

They turned off the router and blamed the internet provider. The guys at VHTV are cheating on their subscribers.

If they really did that and nobody reported it VHTV does not know. They do not watch their apartments. They write what managers tell them.
